Finish their 24-ounce steak burger, fries, and a 20-ounce soda within 20 minutes to get a free lunch on your next visit. 20 oz of soda is nothing. I wonder how many fries there are. That's not quantified in the story. I could probably get close to doing it, but I don't like the fried onions. Sounds like they're sticklers on the rules.
