'Burger in the Boardroom' Video with Josh Ozersky

20090313-ozersky-burgervid.jpg

Josh Ozersky and I have a friendly rivalry. He refers to me as the "second best meat writer in NY" and as a "Cutlet's Cadet" while I have rechristened him Nosh Absurdsky and claim that I write about food and he about salacious restaurant gossip. But I must give credit where credit is due—the video of his interview and blind tasting on Always Hungry is absolutely superb. Josh expounds on the definition of a hamburger as well as conducts a blind test of some of the New York City's top rated burgers. His strict orthodoxy is music to my ears, but may ruffle the feathers of some of our readers. Watch the video at Always Hungry.

The picture on the top left makes him seem like Josh "The Owl" Osersky,

If I'm not mistaken, this post is the very definition of "bromance"

Funny I live down a few doors of the Little owl and never knew that they had burgers at lunchtime.... We'll I guess I wouldn't know becuase I'm at work all day up in midtown.. It's actually kind of funny a great burger according to Josh right 50 steps away and I can't get one. Weekends I'm away... I love it!

They should have Adam do a pizza tasting next!

Fun little video but Captain Cutlets (did I get that right?) seems a little bit like Comic Book Guy talking about Wonder Woman or something. Sure he's got a strong opinion, and that's great, but... Nothing is a burger unless it's plain beef on an 'enriched white bun??'

That's just plain silly.

This clown's taste buds are shot

Mr. Cutlets great, but yes I agree that 'enriched white bun' is silly.
