Umami Burger Officially Opening Tomorrow in LA

Umami Burger, a new burger joint dedicated to "the fifth taste," has been in "soft opening" for the past few weeks, but their official opening day is tomorrow. The signature Umami Burger contains six umami-rich toppings, including Parmesan cheese crisp and oven-dried tomatoes. Already been. I spoke with the owner and AHT reader, Adam, and promised to give them a couple of weeks to work out the kinks before the review comes. The sneak preview is... artisanal burgers in a casual contemporary setting.
