Robb Walsh on the Davis Meat Market Cheeseburger
I don't know what the hell is going on in this picture from Robb Walsh's recent blog post, but it looks damn good. And something about the composition reminds me of skiing—it's as if the burger is on a slope of fries with white mountain peaks behind it and a ski lift line going overhead. No, wait—it's like it's skiing on an unmarked trail in dangerous conditions and has just started an avalanche.
Walsh visits Davis Meat Market and deems it just about perfect—but maybe he'd order it medium or medium-rare next time, he says. ("Some bacon couldn't hurt, either.")
