If you've ever eaten a messy burger in a fancy pants restaurant and thought, "I really wish I could eat this burger without it tainting my beautiful hands," then CHOMPr is for you. CHOMPr is a "conceptual hamburger grasping device for high-end restaurants" that allows the user to grasp an ergonomically shaped wooden clamp instead of a...[shudders]...hamburger bun.

While the design by industrial design student Stephen Christ is aesthetically pleasing—he also used the same form for a chair—does anyone need one of these things? If the restaurant is so high-end, maybe they should just feed the burger to you. [via Gizmodo]
