'A Damn Good Burger' at Mikie Squared in Hoboken, New Jersey
Yesterday's "Photo of the Day" at Hoboken 411 was this autopsy shot of a burger from Mikie Squared. The post doesn't say much about the burger besides that it's "damn good" and, "The flavor and texture of the meat was outstanding," but judging from the photo the outside looks like it has carbon-y goodness and the center is nearly moo-ing. Perhaps not your cup of tea, but it's making me hungry. One commenter adds that Mikie Squared gets their meat from local Truglio Butcher.
