Interviews with South Beach Food & Wine Festival Burger Bash Contenders

In preparation for next Thursday's Burger Bash at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival, Eater.com has been interviewing top contenders in the event. So far they have featured Michael Schlow, Katie Lee Joel, Michael Psilakis, Ken Brown, and Jeremy Fox.
