Fruit-Enhanced, Double Cheeseburger Cake

20090130-burgercake.jpg

Photograph by James Ostrand, from Creative Loafing

Creative Loafing's Sales and Marketing specialist Kristina Woo whipped up this awesome burger cake that, unlike other burger cakes I've seen, uses fruit as a topping. Not that that makes it healthy, but...well, you take what you can get. Pickles are represented by kiwi slices, tomatoes by strawberry slices, and cheese by mango slices. [via Syd]

Genius!! The best burger cake I've ever seen!

That's the coolest.

This is so crazy! Love it.

Does anybody else think that looks like 2 layers of chocolate cake wedged between 2 pieces of pound cake?
