I have a semi with a McDonald's logo on it, and the logo is upside down. The semi was perchased in 1997 and it has never been took out of the package. I was curace what it was worth.

I'm assuming this is a toy semi truck? If your full-size 18-wheeler has an upside down McD's logo on it, I think you have bigger problems than I can solve.
That said, I have no idea what a novelty toy like this would be worth. You might try checking at a bookstore for collectors' guides. I've seen insanely detailed guides there that might have the item in question listed.
