Howdy Burger vs. Mytiburger in Houston

Eating Our Words contributor Jay Francis of the Houston Press eats at Howdy Burger and Mytiburger (one right after the other in true hamburger-lover fashion) to fulfill his craving for the old-style burgers of his youth. He prefers Mytiburger over the overly salty Howdy Burger, although he recommends Howdy Burger's shakes.
