That burger looks awful.

Assembling any ingredients to make it look like a burger doesn't make it a burger ! It seems to me that this was a last minute decision to make an already designed menu to be served in buns.

The site and name and logo looks like a rip off of this www.burgerboutique.com

Just posted this morning on Flip Burger website:
"We are opening Wednesday, December 10th for dinner only. Lunch and
Dinner service will begin on Thursday, December 11th."

@WinedAndDined: Thanks for the info; I've updated my post!

another Top Chef hack opening a sandwich shop. How Surprising! What's next the Lisa Fernandes Fish Taco stand?

What a bunch of pretentious dolts posting here. The place wasn't even opened and some of these snobbish fools rendered judgement based on one food pic and pre-established notions of what they've heard or think they know.

I visited the actual opened, operating restaurant last night with four others and our entire experience (short of the fact that both restrooms went on the fritz during our stay) was exceptional. Between the five of us we had four different burgers, five sides and two of the milkshakes. My lamburger was perfectly cooked and each of the toppings complemented the dish. My wife proclaimed the turkey burger with alfalfa sprouts, avocado, and tomato to be the best burger she's ever had. Standouts among the sides were the day's soup - black bean in this case - which was nothing short of excellent, and the roasted mushrooms. The fries were delicious and the milkshakes - Krispy Kreme and the Nutella with burnt marshmallow - were a fabulous ending.
