Having tried nearly everything on the menu, FoodieBuddha.com reviews Flip Burger Boutique, the recently opened burger joint in Atlanta, Georgia, from Top Chef: Season 4 contestant Richard Blais, and head chef Mark Nana. The review says that Flip's burgers are the most creative in town, although also inconsistent. Recommended burgers include the steak tartare (garlic, chili, capers, Worcestershire, and smoked mayo), the bun mi (pork sausage, pickled vegetables, and Vietnamese herb salad), and the po boyger (shrimp, Old Bay mayo, lettuce, fried lemon, and Tabasco). The shakes are also recommended, while the sides are more interesting than impressive. See the full menu at flipburgerboutique.com.
