Chef Carmen Cappello of the recently opened Lamplighter in Atlanta, Georgia is serving a burger made with two well-done patties topped with white American cheese, a fried egg, and scrapple. Cappello is originally from Philadelphia where scrapple—a fried slice of mashed pork scraps—is more common. I'm tired of bacon on my burgers; bring on the scrapple.
