Review of Japanese Chain R Burger

20081124-rburger.jpgSingapore-based food blog Noob Cook reviews R Burger in Bangkok, Thailand. The Japanese burger chain describes its offerings as "real healthy Japanese burger" and features unconventional combinations such as chicken with plum sauce, and yam and surumi with ginger sauce. There's only one burger actually made of beef on the Thai menu, which doesn't even appear on the Japanese menu; other burgers are mostly made with pork, fish, or tofu, and a special ingredient: collagen. All burgers are served on Chinese-style steamed buns.

I've never seen this in Japan!

Thank you so much for mentioning a link to my blog ^o^ Love the write up!

wow! I wonder what that tastes like...can we find it in NYC?

@noobcook: You're welcome! Keep the burger reviews a-comin. ;)

@Linnea: Don't think you can find anything like that here, although I'd like to try a burger made with a steamed Chinese bun!
