Burgers and Sneakers, Together at Last

Burger Ranch in Sunnyside, Washington, sells a lot more than burgers—there's also fried asparagus, sweet potato fries, and New Balance shoes. And they're on sale for $39!

Well, I couldn't eat the burgers, but I could buy the New Balance shoes (well known for being vegan)!

How could they have been so close to Yakima and not stopped at Miner Burger? It's practically mandated by law that any burger lover traveling the Yakima Valley eat there at least once. I think it was the highlight of every school trip we ever took that direction, even if only to see if this year, someone could actually polish off their entire burger AND fries!
