Park Slope Flip-Flop: Brooklyn Burger Bar Is Now Flipster's

Park Slope's Brooklyn Burger Bar, on the corner of Seventh Avenue and 9th Street, is apparently under new ownership and has changed its name. So sayeth "Brownie," on the blog Blondie and Brownie. Flipster's is the new nom de burg. No word on whether it's better than Brooklyn Burger Bar was.

I think Flipster is a terrible name for a burger place. It makes me think of a flippant hispter, or a hipster with a flipper for a hand.

That is ridiculous. Any word on whether it's new management or ownership or menu?

Also, Park Slope has the highest business turnover rate I've ever seen. Higher than Manhattan, even.

brooklyn burger bar was awful. won't be hard to beat that terrible place.
