yountville is the town in sonoma county, california where the french laundry resides.

Thomas Keller would be the one guy I would let put a little fufu spin on my burger. Wolfgang Puck? Rachel Ray? No chance. TK really knows his stuff though and I think he would keep the integrity of the meat and the bun. Most so-called chefs tend to want to go over the top. It's just a burger!! The zen is in its simplicity. Form it, cook it, eat it, done. Cheers, TB.
