Thought you might be curious to know that the building pictured on your site in this post, taken by Jack Delano in Durham, North Carolina, in 1940, is still standing. You can see its current condition here on my site.
Unfortunately, our county commissioners are planning to tear it down for a surface parking lot.

Ain't that how it always goes? They pave (cheeseburgers in) paradise to put up a parking lot. Sorry to hear that your county commissioners are tearing down historic structures.
