The Nut Burger

I just got off the phone with George "Hamburger America" Motz, who informed me that:

1.) Matt's Bar in Minneapolis, home of the Jucy Lucy, does not fold its cheese twice (and thus into quarters) but only once, in half. I'll have to update my "Juicy Loosey" recipe, although I still maintain that this is a burger best left to the pros.

2.) He had recently eaten a burger called the Nut Burger at some joint way out in Montana. It was, he said, "like eating sundae topping on a burger. It's coarsely ground peanuts mixed with mayo, topping a burger. It's great!"

Well, if you're going to allow that the Guber Burger (topped with a swath of creamy peanut butter) is a legitimate expression of burgerness, then a Nut Burger is simply its chunky analog.
