Boston: Free Burgers in Kenmore Square

We hear ...
That UBurger in Boston's Kenmore Square is giving away free burgers and fries tonight as part of its grand opening. Get there between 5:30 and 9:30 p.m. From their flak:

UBurger is the first fast food establishment in Boston to provide customers with made to order, freshly prepared fast food.

At UBurger all hamburgers are made every day with high quality, freshly ground (on the premises), 100% USDA approved beef. Everything is freshly made to order and all French fries are hand cut.

If you’ve ever been to famous establishments on the West Coast like In N’ Out Burger, Carl’s Jr. and Tommy’s, you are sure to like UBURGER.

Take that for what it's worth. And, certainly, take some free burgers and report back to AHT on quality.

Hey Adam, I and some other folks reviewed UBurger on Chowhound. If anyone is interested, here is a link: http://www.chowhound.com/topics/show/325901?query=uburger&user_name=

As a former New Jersey resident who lives in Los Angeles...great to see West Coast Food getting some imitators. If I had a nickel for everytime I've heard that's there's no good Pizza in Los Angeles, or bagels... Oh yeah? Well, you can't get a good taco de lengua in Manhattan anywhere. So there. And Beantown dispensing a decent facsimile of the Double Double? I'll believe it when I taste it. I will have to try UBurger the next time I make it out to Boston.

I'm sure there are better burgers in Boston than Uburger but I haven't tried them yet, so I'll withhold. (so unlike me) but...their claim of having the first made to order freshly prepared is clearly wrong. How about the Copley Square place...B.Good does and they're good. Audubon Circle and Bristol lounge are two faves. As well as Eastern Standard. See I'm just a girl who can't say no...
