Friend of AHT Robyn sent us a link to this photo, saying, "Totally random burger thing ... I'd wear that. And IT COMES WITH A FORK."
Looks like it's of Japanese origin (it's tagged "Japan" on photo-sharing site Flickr) and appears in a gallery of photos called "Engrish," i.e., charmingly mangled English.
