Culver's to Tap Urban Market

Butterburger, Culver's

Culver's, the Wisconsin-based restaurant chain best known for its ButterBurgers and frozen custard, is targeting urban neighborhoods with a smaller version of its current locations.

According to CattleNetwork.com (yeah, we laughed too), the chain will open its smaller-capacity locations in Chicago, Denver, and Dallas.

What, no ButterBurger love for New York City? Aren't we "urban"?
