George Motz Mania

20050822Motz.jpgGeorge Motz, director of burger biopic Hamburger America, is all over the place today.

This morning, we spotted him in the New York Post, in a story detailing his "professorship" at NYU as part of a one-day course that will school students in hamburger appreciation.

Students who fork over the $100 for the one-session "Hamburger Heaven" will view a screening of the 54-minute film, then get tips on the makings of a great burger from Motz as they gorge on some of his favorite samples.

"Simply put, I'm going to teach them how to spot a great burger. It's amazing how easy it is to screw up," says Motz.

Tonight, Mr. Motz will appear on New York City's UPN 9 news at 10 p.m.

If you miss that, he'll also be on the Fox 5 morning show tomorrow.
