A hearty welcome to all new visitors. We know Yahoo! mentioned our "Recipes" section. There's only one recipe in there. So sue us. We're but a fledgling weblog. Or, better yet, we're but a calf of a weblog. Recipes will come in time. And there ain't gonna be no lo-carb version of the site. So forget it!
